Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Perth or Glasgow office.

Salary: £58,100- £87,100 + performance‑related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role: This is a meaningful opportunity to step into a senior Finance Business Partner role supporting IT, where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape financial insight, guide decision‑making, and help deliver real value. You’ll play a central role in building strong partnerships across IT and Finance, ensuring cost control, enabling investment decisions, and embedding thoughtful, forward‑looking financial processes. With a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, this role offers the chance to influence at scale while contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will:

  • Provide clear, insightful financial analysis and narrative to support IT and Finance leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Identify risks, pressures, and opportunities, working collaboratively to develop supportive intervention plans.
  • Lead financial input into investment cases, including assessment, sign‑off, and ongoing benefits realisation.
  • Create and maintain a trusted IT performance scorecard, bringing together financial and non‑financial insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and management information.

You have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post‑qualification experience in a business‑facing role.
  • Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within IT or a large, complex organisation.
  • A thoughtful approach to managing cost bases, investments, and benefits realisation.
  • Experience shaping financial processes and governance frameworks.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to influence and support senior stakeholders constructively.
