The role:

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to increase our Sales team and require a Technical Estimator/ Sales Estimator to work across the South West and the surrounding areas. We are looking for exceptional people who can bring big ideas, new skills, and innovative thinking to help us build a world that's more sustainable and inclusive for you, your family, and the community you live in.

Our projects business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further which you can play a key part in.

You will:

  • Produce Accurate and Compliant Cost Estimates
  • Support Bid / No-Bid and Tender Submission Processes
  • Understand Technical Specifications and Project Requirements
  • Manage Commercial Risk
  • Ensure Governance and Authority Compliance
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders

You have:

Besides your passion to be the best in your field, help the region and yourself grow, you should be conversant with all aspects of BEMS including infrastructure, software, integration and controls philosophies. You will be the point of contact for both new and existing clients and will oversee processing quotations via engineering drawings according to specifications set out. You should be able to engage in technical discussions around building control technologies with our clients and be confident in offering solutions in a clear and easily understood manner. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders including customers and external service providers.
