You will oversee a team of Maintenance Engineers and Lines staff, coordinating inspections, planned works and urgent repairs to keep the transmission network safe and reliable.
You will drive operational growth, manage budgets and KPIs, support 24/7 incident response, and foster a proactive safety culture across the team and network.
