Base Location: Glasgow, Eurocentral (Motherwell) or Perth
Salary: £58,100 – £87,100 (depending on skills and experience) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
As Delivery Lead, you\’ll play a key role in delivering projects that drive improvements in finance processes under our Finance Process and Change (FP&C) function. You\’ll need to collaborate closely with Corporate IT and relevant product owners to achieve these improvements and support the Finance Community in deploying new processes. The role demands end-to-end management of projects, including planning, implementation, RAID management, communications, budgets, and ROI playback. Developing strong working relationships with business stakeholders and delivery partners will be essential, achieved through demonstrating competence at all levels of project delivery.
You will
- Plan, organise, and deliver projects and process improvements while working collaboratively with IT.
- Deploy governance frameworks for each project reporting into Corporate & FP&C Programs, with budget management.
- Execute effective discovery stages of potential projects and improvements.
- Working with the FP&C change team, deploy change management controls across projects to ensure change lands and is sustained beyond project close.
- Manage communications, tailoring messages for different stakeholder groups and coordinate briefings
You have
- Experience in deploying change across key Finance processes with a proven experience in delivering meaningful and sustainable change from inception to conclusion.
- Experience in end to end programme/project delivery and transformation work with a relevant process improvement and/or project management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile PM.
- Ability to influence positive behavioural change within diverse teams.
- Experience managing risks and articulating key project delivery impacts.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with and engage senior stakeholders.
