Base Location:

Dublin & Belfast (hybrid working pattern with a mix of office and remote working)

Salary:

From €35,000/£28,190 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern:

As we upgrade our Billing and Customer Record Systems, were creating exciting opportunities across our Operations, Billing, Credit Control, and Energy Advisory teams in Dublin and Belfast.

These 12-15 month flexible contract roles are ideal for people who love solving problems, working collaboratively, and making a real difference for customers. Youll help us streamline processes, support new digital systems, and deliver outstanding service as we power towards a Net Zero future.

If you bring energy, enthusiasm, and strong customer or administrative experience – well give you the tools, training, and support to shine.

You Will:

  • Manage day-to-day customer and operational queries, seeing each task through to completion.
  • Ensure accurate processing of data, invoices, and customer records.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and other channels.
  • Support smooth transitions during system upgrades by identifying and resolving issues quickly.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You have:

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and digital.
  • Confidence working with numbers and data (experience in billing or credit control a plus).
  • The ability to prioritise, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to learn new systems and processes.
