You Will
- Manage day-to-day customer and operational queries, seeing each task through to completion.
- Ensure accurate processing of data, invoices, and customer records.
- Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and other channels.
- Support smooth transitions during system upgrades by identifying and resolving issues quickly.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You have
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.
- Confidence working with numbers and data (experience in billing or credit control a plus).
- The ability to prioritise, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
