SSE plc in Cardiff/Reading is seeking a part-time customer advisor to support our smart metering campaigns.
You will contact customers by dialer or inbound lines to arrange smart metering appointments and overcome objections while delivering a superior experience.
The role requires two days per week in the office with hybrid working, lunch-hour coverage, and shifts 10am–2pm or 10:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
