The role involves joining our BMS Support team as part of our growth plans. We are looking for exceptional people who can bring big ideas, new skills and innovative thinking to help us build a world that's more sustainable for you, your family and the community you live in.
You will:
- Carry out BMS pre-planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works.
- Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns, both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
- Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.
- Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
You have:
- Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend, Distech or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
- Sound levels of customer service, with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
- An agile working approach, with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure.
- A full driving licence, as you will be travelling to different sites.
