We operate out of our Leicester manufacturing facilities and we are looking for skilled and experienced welder fabricators to join our team.
The successful candidate must have:
- A good engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- A proven track record as a fabricator with minimum 3 years MIG/TIG welding experience as well as grinding and fine finishing skills
- The ability to work with all types of metal up to 12mm
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to finish a product to a very high standard
- Punctuality and good timekeeping
- Confidence, organisation, and methodical approach
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to motivate others
- The ability to work well as a team member
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with solutions
Location: Leicester LE2
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 16:15, Friday 07:00 to 12:00
Hourly rate: £15 to £18, plus times standard rate
Pension: Yes
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
