Base Location: Flexible Scotland. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around Scotland, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness.
Salary: £50,100- £75,100 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role: SSEN Transmission has a great opportunity for a tCNAIM Project Manager to play an important role in the delivery of a safe, secure and reliable transmission network in Scotland. In this role, you’ll help us drive innovation in how we improve, expand, manage and govern our asset risk-based models.
You will:
- Lead the management, development, and implementation of the Transmission Common Network Asset Indices Methodology (tCNAIM) framework.
- Act as the key point of contact for the tCNAIM project, both internal and external - representing SSEN Transmission in industry groups and with Ofgem, the electricity network regulator.
- Drive delivery of system and process enhancements, leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects from business case to implementation.
- Oversee integration of tCNAIM models into asset management systems and support continuous improvement and alignment with RIIO-T3 requirements.
- Leverage Asset Management tools such as Invest, Maximo, and ArcGIS to fully optimise and deliver the strategic benefits outlined in the tCNAIM framework.
You have:
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels - including regulators and industry peers.
- A collaborative, proactive approach, with a passion for data quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- A degree in a STEM subject and substantive experience in asset management or a regulated utility environment.
- Technical knowledge of high-voltage transmission assets is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CNAIM and NARM frameworks, with practical experience of asset risk models.
- Strong understanding of RIIO price controls and Ofgem regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, as are well-developed stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivery against challenging deadlines.
- It is highly desirable you will hold an Institute of Asset Management qualification, have Chartership status and experience of ISO 55000.
