SSE is looking for a highly capable FM Compliance Engineer to help keep our UK and Ireland property portfolio safe, compliant and resilient. You will manage statutory programmes across electrical, mechanical, HVAC/F-Gas, fire safety, asbestos and water hygiene, partnering with FM teams, Responsible Persons and contractors to deliver compliant operations.
You will grow and apply your technical expertise across multiple building disciplines, ensuring inspections, maintenance and records are maintained.
