Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Onsite
We are looking for an HGV driver to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us drive an increase in our internal delivery capability by supporting Overhead Linespersons to replace and upgrade the network.
Responsibilities
- Drive various HGVs including pole lorries and Unimogs
- Deliver poles and materials to site
- Use HIAB to help install new poles and pole-mounted equipment
- Clear old equipment from site once replaced
- Monitor stock levels of some materials at the team’s Project Store and provide feedback when levels are low
Qualifications
- An HGV Class 2 License
- Experience operating a lorry-mounted loader (HIAB)
- Fork lift or telehandler license (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working around utilities, preferably electricity networks (desirable but not essential)
