Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 depending on skills and experience + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role:

  • We are looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry.
  • As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in our South East Projects team.
  • Your mission is to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners.
  • You will promote our advanced BMS solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

You have:

  • Knowledge of Building Control Systems.
  • Sales experience within the Building Controls industry or a related industry.
  • A current driving licence, due to travel to and from client sites.
