Base Location: Flexible across South West England and Wales

Salary: Competitive + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

  • We are looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry.
  • Joining our team means stepping into a world of cutting-edge projects that harness the power of the latest technologies and ingenious solutions, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and cutting carbon emissions in buildings.
  • You will promote our advanced BMS solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.

You have

  • Knowledge of Building Control Systems.
  • Sales experience within Building Controls industry or a related industry.
  • A current driving licence, due to travel to and from client sites.
