The role
We are looking for a talented Salesperson within the Building Controls (BMS) / Smart Buildings industry. Your Mission
As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in our South East Projects team. Your mission is to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners. Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Promote our advanced BMS solutions.
- Nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Develop key partnerships within commercial real estate, property management, and facility management sectors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Building Control Systems.
