Salary: £25,321 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role:

  • We are looking for a flexible and customer-focused Meter Reader to work within Airtricity Gas NI.
  • You will provide accurate reads of various gas meters in accordance with our licence to supply conditions.
  • Record and report all meter and network safety related issues, and accurately complete all documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding meter reading queries and supply licence compliance.
  • Work in partnership with your team to deliver the highest level of service to both customers and the business.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and one-to-ones, sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience or from contact with others.

You have:

  • A customer and quality-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, as some evening and weekend work will be required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with problem-solving capability.
  • A current driving licence.
