The role:
- We are looking for a flexible and customer-focused Meter Reader to work within Airtricity Gas NI.
- You will provide accurate reads of various gas meters in accordance with our licence to supply conditions.
- Record and report all meter and network safety related issues, and accurately complete all documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding meter reading queries and supply licence compliance.
- Work in partnership with your team to deliver the highest level of service to both customers and the business.
- Actively contribute to team meetings and one-to-ones, sharing any knowledge that has been gained through experience or from contact with others.
You have:
- A customer and quality-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours, as some evening and weekend work will be required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with problem-solving capability.
- A current driving licence.
