Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Belfast office.
Salary: £27,134 (OTE £32,000) + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role:
- The SME Direct Telesales Team handles all inbound sales and renewals calls from SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) customers in both NI and ROI.
- They also make outbound calls to existing customers.
- It's a well-established, successful team working in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be the first point of contact for our commercial customers, capable of handling negotiations in a professional and compliant manner.
- You will handle inbound and make outbound calls to existing commercial customers.
- Close sales and retain existing business customers.
- Create proposals for NI / ROI customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agree contracts.
- Complete all back-office procedures to ensure sales / retentions are correctly processed.
You have:
- Experience in inbound and outbound calling in a sales team environment.
- A background in sales - B2B beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience in pricing proposal completion, in line with customer requirements and corporate policies.
- The ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A working knowledge of compliance in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential.
