Base Location: Dublin or Belfast

Salary: €49,400 - €74,200 (ROI) or £35,200 - £52,800 (NI) + car/allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role involves supporting SSE Airtricity in achieving Energy Efficiency obligations through the monitoring, verification and reporting of commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering onsite energy audits to customers from a broad range of industries, ensuring an SI426 standard of audit.
  • Understanding customer energy requirements and identifying energy saving and renewable energy opportunities.
  • Undertaking measurement and verification of energy savings from various energy efficiency projects.
  • Reviewing Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s) and producing M&V plans for accurate monitoring of energy consumption.
  • Analysing data and developing methods to validate savings, including regression analysis and normalisation of data using ENPIs.

You should have:

  • Demonstrable experience as an Engineer, ideally with an Energy Management qualification (CMVP/ CEM).
  • Self-motivation and recognised project management and organisation skills.
  • Registration as an SEAI Energy Auditor or membership of relevant professional bodies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A full driving licence due to the need to visit remote locations.
