We are currently recruiting Pensions Administrators to join our friendly and supportive team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy working with detailed information, systems and processes and want to develop your skills in a growing and specialist area. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, organisation and continuous improvement. No two days are quite the same, and youll play an important role in ensuring pension data is handled correctly and securely. Youll also have the opportunity to build your knowledge of pensions and gain broader experience across the organisation.
During your initial training period, you will be office based working 9.00am - 5.00pm, with more flexibility available in working patterns once training has been completed. What you'll be doing:
- Gathering and validating pension-related data from multiple systems.
- Ensuring information is accurate, complete and shared correctly with third-party providers.
- Maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality.
- Processing work in line with scheme rules and requirements.
- Producing and checking complex pension calculations.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
