Role Description

This is a profit or revenue sharing self‑employed remote Managing Partner and Freelance Management Consultant role with SSCG Consulting. The Managing Partner will support finding opportunities, projects, business development and project delivery support. The Freelance Consultant will work on projects and clients to develop innovative initiatives, models, products, and services. Additionally, this role will involve mentoring and training consultants and providing expertise in specific areas of consulting.

Qualifications

• +10 years experience and strong knowledge in consulting for various sectors such as public, private, business services, automotive, technology, healthcare, oil and gas, and manufacturing
• Expertise in strategy, transformation, trade, investment, business startup, growth and excellence with ability to manage projects, partners and consultants
• Experience in developing innovative initiatives, models, products, and services for clients
• Experience working in the UK or Africa
• Strong mentoring and training skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Degree in Business Administration, technology, science, engineering or related field
