The Sales Operations Analyst will support the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) & Asia Pacific (APAC) Sales team as part of the broader Revenue Operations team. The role will lead and execute sales reporting, data analytics and insights, territory management, master data management and other revenue operations activities in support of field, channel, key account and/or management for sales teams in EMEA & APAC.

The candidate will need to work with geo sales management and reps to ensure timely and appropriate information sharing, reporting and management of daily processes to enhance sales results and customer experience in addition to improving operational efficiency.

In order to be successful, the candidate needs to possess a strong analytical background, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills are also essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively within the team and collaborate effectively across various departments across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Services organizations.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst with deep expertise in Tableau to join our dynamic Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business insights through dashboards, optimizing sales performance through data, and supporting strategic initiatives across the sales organization. The ideal candidate has strong data visualization skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and experience turning complex data into actionable intelligence for cross-functional stakeholders.

The Sales Operations Analyst specifically supports the geo sales teams in the following areas:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, performance tracking, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and goal attainment.
  • Serve as the Tableau SME (Subject Matter Expert) within the Global Sales Operations team, mentoring others on best practices in visualization and storytelling with data.
  • Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, marketing and other business functional teams.
  • Sales intelligence lead in creating reports and managing data analytics in Salesforce.com, Tableau and various systems required to drive informed business making.
  • Own and execute sales reporting, sales territory management, lead management and ensure accuracy of performance/commission reporting.
  • Manage systems interfaces related to sales reporting, compensation, data processing, customer master data and territory management.
  • Assist in the maintenance of customer/partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements and CRM account hierarchy data.
  • Develop and present sales forecasts and/or data analysis projects.
  • Provide training on sales support systems to internal users.
  • Document processes and represent business group in corporate sales and marketing discussions; help prepare organization resources and data for systems implementation.
  • Participate actively in building and fostering a team approach across GTM operational functions.
  • Interface with Customer Success, Services and other divisions/departments when needed.
  • Where applicable, support the tax team with information to prepare tax compliance/reports.
  • Support corporate goals and business/departmental initiatives.

A strong command of Excel is essential, with additional expertise in applications such as Power Query, Power BI, Macro, and VBA considered a valuable asset. A keen interest in data preparation tools such as Power Query and VBA, as well as the ability to work with various software applications, is required.

Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
