Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a Solution Consultant to support our financial services operations across the UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the design, development, execution, and ongoing support of propositions and digital products, specifically within the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration business sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services industry, proven technical expertise, and experience leading product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of innovative propositions and digital products that meet the needs of the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration business.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing propositions and digital products, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical skills to solve complex problems, implement new technologies, and improve existing systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer pain points. Leverage insights to inform product strategy, feature prioritisation, and go-to-market planning.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user journeys, effective information architecture, and compelling visual design.
  • Product Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products. Analyse product performance data, customer feedback, and usability testing results to iterate on product features and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the development and deployment of digital products. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree and eight years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree and ten years of related experience, or a high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant technologies and software used in the financial services industry.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing product teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Market Analysis: Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis, anticipate industry direction, and evaluate the feasibility and financial justification for new products or releases.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
