Role Purpose
The Assistant Vice President, Global Money Market Services supports execution across UK, Europe and APAC markets, with a primary focus on direct connectivity between institutional investors and money market funds, and joint relationship management for global portal automation clients.
What you will do here:
- Execute commercial activity across the UK and Europe, supporting regional growth.
- Collaborate with Offshore team members for consistent global engagement.
- Support direct-connect adoption by leveraging existing Calastone and MMF ecosystem relationships.
- Build strong relationships with investors, fund providers, treasury teams and fintech partners across UK/EU.
- Maintain structured pipeline management, reporting and commercial hygiene.
- Contribute to the development of a scalable, repeatable global MMS commercial model.
- Support the sale and adoption of direct links between institutional investors and money market funds in the UK/EU.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in institutional financial services, ideally within liquidity or MMF ecosystems.
- Understanding of money market funds, liquidity products, treasury workflows and platform ecosystems.
- Ability to execute structured sales and client strategies.
- Experience collaborating with global or Offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across regions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship‑building capability.
- Commercially curious, adaptable and proactive.
