Own performance tracking, budget management, and optimisation using data and insight to drive ROI.
  • Content, Messaging & Thought Leadership: Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to EMEA markets and buyer personas. Lead the creation of regionally relevant assets including white papers, webinars, case studies, sales enablement tools, and event content. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to localise global launches and narratives for EMEA audiences.
  • Events & Field Marketing: Own the EMEA events strategy for EMEA markets, and the Alternatives business, including major industry conferences, Intralinks‑hosted forums, and virtual programmes. Partner with Sales to maximise impact through strong pre‑event targeting and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work in close alignment with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and leverage scale. Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue teams on pipeline acceleration, forecasting support, and reporting. Manage external agencies and vendors as required.
  • Growth, Analytics & Optimisation: Own end‑to‑end growth marketing initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Identify friction points across the marketing and sales funnel and drive continuous improvement. Use analytics and testing (A/B, channel optimisation) to deliver insight‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. Maintain clear reporting on key metrics including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

What you will bring:

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS and/or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through modern demand and growth marketing.
  • Experience owning regional marketing strategy and execution across EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, ABM, funnel optimisation, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across sales and marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills.
  • Self‑starter mindset with the ability to make impact quickly in a fixed‑term role.
