You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and build your skills in agile delivery and stakeholder coordination.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll work closely with an experienced Product Delivery Lead, developing your understanding of agile delivery.
- Support end-to-end delivery of products and initiatives.
- Track progress, manage risks and remove blockers.
- Assist with agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog refinement).
- Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Use metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
- Degree requirement (essential): 2:2 or above in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or 2026, or be due to complete their degree before the programme start date.
- Essential skills: Evidence of project coordination or managing deadlines, strong organisation and time management, ability to identify issues and propose solutions, strong communication skills, experience working in team environments.
- Desirable: Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello, awareness of delivery metrics, working in a data and AI-driven organisation.
