Be an ambassador for SS&C within your client remit and the broader marketplace. Have an Influence on the decision making process Market new services by showing our processes to create demand Be visible in the industry build a network and leverage for knowledge and opportunities. Retain and grow revenue Achieve individual and team sales target Manage client P&L Understand and impact the financial drivers for your clients both internally and externally. Lead commercial and contractual relationships within your client group What You Will Bring: 15 years industry experience with significant client management and operations leadership. Detailed knowledge of Wealth Managers and Life & Pension services their business their products their clients their end to end service proposition Detailed knowledge of transfer agency and associated services. Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment. A good understanding of the client service model business strategy structure and product offering. Excellent Communication Skills (Essential) Good analytical skills (Essential) Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
