Are you interested in how businesses improve processes, deliver change and drive innovation?
Join SS&C as a Graduate Operational Transformation Associate and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic transformation programmes across the business.
Working mainly in our Basildon office you will work with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to major change initiatives, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI and process improvement.

- Maintain programme and project plans and track key milestones.
- Produce management information, reporting and programme documentation.
