Looking to start your career in a role that combines customer experience, business operations, project delivery, and innovation?

We're looking for a Graduate to join our Client Services Voice team in Basildon as part of our Graduate Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Financial Services, develop expertise in customer service operations, and support the delivery of key Client-Focused Projects that enhance customer outcomes and improve the way we work.

You'll begin with a structured training programme, learning our end-to-end Client Services Voice processes and developing the skills of a fully competent Telephony Associate.

You'll then move into a project-based role, supporting business improvement initiatives, reviewing customer-facing content, and identifying opportunities to optimise processes and customer journeys.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Learning the full Client Services Voice customer journey and telephony processes.
  • Supporting the delivery of client-focused business improvement projects.
  • Reviewing and improving customer and colleague-facing content and guidance.
  • Analysing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences.
  • Working with teams across the business to deliver operational improvements.
  • Exploring opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for
