What You Will Get To Do:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Operations Talent Team, to primarily deep dive into the Fintech & BPO industries. You will be sourcing top quality Talent right across EMEA, which will include key locations such as the UK, Ireland, Luxembourg, South Africa, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We hire a diverse range of roles covering Fund Administration, Fund Accounting & Investor Services, and Corporate Functions. Being able to prioritise and adapt to a true variety of vacancies across these locations will be essential to your success.
This role will suit a Talent Partner who values getting a thrill out of proactively sourcing candidates and who can act as a credible source of knowledge on the position at hand, allowing you to provide maximum value to both the Hiring Manager and Candidate. Alongside these skills, your candidate and stakeholder management capability will need to be of exceptional quality.
The core duties will be:
- Talent sourcing: assist with drafting job descriptions, utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential elite Talent across a range of industries.
- Candidate screening: A crucial part of our process where you will be reviewing CVs, conducting thorough pre-screen calls, assess candidate suitability with the purpose of providing credible insights against the position requirements.
- Interview coordination: schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Communication is key!
- Offer negotiation: Confidently extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Candidate management: Establish and build instantaneous relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback to keep engagement levels high throughout the process.
- Market research: Ensure you stay informed of industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitment best practice to continuously improve hiring strategies, candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records through our applicant tracking system, generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and measure your performance.
- Adhoc Projects: When possible, support on both our regional and global TA projects, such as workday enhancements, automation and AI, candidate experience development, etc.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience, this could be in-house or your first internal position straight from an agency where you have managed end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and influence decision-making.
- Strong sourcing capability, with a track record of proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS, Workday would be an advantage, with confidence in using data and reporting to drive decisions.
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple regions or geographies.
- Relationship driven mindset, with an enthusiasm to truly partner with both the business and candidates alike.
- Excellent candidate management and communication skills, delivering a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, being able to work through ambiguity will be a strong trait that you have.
- Experience with improving recruitment processes, and being able to voice ideas to senior leaders within the team.
- Commercial awareness and adaptability, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
