What You Will Get To Do:

We are seeking an experienced Director/Senior Director to lead the strategic relationship and service delivery for a major institutional asset management client with approximately $10 - $30 billion in assets under management. The successful candidate will serve as the senior point of contact across Europe, overseeing the delivery of loan administration services for the client's Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and leveraged loan portfolios.

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across loan operations, cash management, reconciliation, corporate actions, trade settlement, and reporting functions. The candidate will work closely with the client's investment, treasury, operations, and portfolio management teams while leading internal service delivery teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Here are some of the Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client satisfaction and oversee the resolution of complex operational issues.
• Oversee end-to-end loan administration activities across CLO and leveraged loan portfolios.
• Coordinate activities across loan operations, middle office, treasury, custody, and technology teams.
• Provide loan administration oversight which will include; Trade processing, Primary and secondary loan activity, Corporate actions, Interest and principal processing, Paydowns and restructurings, Agency communications, Portfolio maintenance and administration.
• Ensure accurate cash processing across all client accounts.
• Provide senior-level oversight of cash breaks and unresolved reconciliation items.
• Maintain a strong control environment across all operational activities.
• Provide leadership across multiple operational and client-facing teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving global teams and senior stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

• Most likely you will have 15+ years of experience within, Loan Administration/Bank Loan Operations/CLO Administration/Structured Credit Operations/Fund Administration/Corporate Trust or Agency Services.
• Significant experience managing large strategic client relationships.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing large operational teams and service delivery functions.
• Strong understanding of several aspects of: Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs), Broadly Syndicated Loans (BSL), Loan settlement and servicing, Cash reconciliation/management processes, Waterfall calculations, Corporate actions, Trade lifecycle management, Loan documentation and market conventions (LSTA/LMA).
• Executive presence and stakeholder management and a proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Experience working with large global asset managers and institutional investors.
• Knowledge of European and global regulatory requirements impacting alternative credit and CLO structures.
