About the Role
SS&C Technologies is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Director to drive and deliver the growth of our global, follow the sun, contact centre experience. Our delivery is brand defining for our clients across all verticals, making their customers lives better through utilising SS&C\’s strategic investment in technology, culture and operating models. This is a unique standalone role designed for a hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives on identifying and closing new business opportunities.
As the Sales Director, you will own the full sales cycle, focusing exclusively on driving new client acquisition for our contact centre solutions. You will work closely with internal teams but will primarily operate autonomously, crafting and executing strategies to build a robust pipeline of prospects across target markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for EMEA and beyond to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in outsourced contact centre services within financial services and other sectors.
- Hunt for new leads and proactively engage decision-makers to create demand and secure meetings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track activity, forecast sales, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and differentiate SS&C’s contact centre offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives, procurement, and operations stakeholders.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to continually refine the sales approach.
- Represent SS&C Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as the face of the outsourced contact centre offering.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in new business development and sales leadership within outsourced contact centres or related BPO services.
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close complex deals independently.
- Experience selling into financial services or technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a standalone role with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
