Overview
In this Sales Engineer role you provide pre-sales technical support for complex products and collaborate closely with the Sales team to tailor solutions for clients. You will deliver demonstrations, assess customer needs and prepare specifications for implementation. You may build mini-apps to prove feasibility and guide customers through capability assessments. This position sits at the intersection of sales and product, offering direct impact on customer success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support for development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions
- Deliver technical expertise to sales staff and customers via presentations and product demonstrations
- Assist sales in assessing product applicability to customer needs and prepare detailed specifications for implementation
- Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions
- Build mini-applications demonstrating customer requirements, including rapid prototyping and product demos
- Provide consultation to prospective users and validate product capabilities
Key requirements
- Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or high school degree with 4 years of related experience
- Developing functional knowledge to evaluate issues and propose solutions
