Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of digital products and enhancements for SS&C’s Global Investor & Distribution Services. You lead a cross-functional team to meet timelines, budget, and quality while nurturing client and stakeholder relationships. You’ll implement governance, reporting, and continuous-improvement practices to scale omni-channel investor servicing. This position combines strategic delivery with hands-on project management in a hybrid London setting.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (product owners, business analysts, developers, QA) to deliver digital products on time, within budget, and to defined quality gates
- Own client and stakeholder relationships, provide timely reporting (updates, RAID, budget, resources) and ensure governance compliance
- Deliver digital products across required clients and align implementations with existing frameworks
- Create repeatable delivery processes to improve subsequent product rollouts and support continual delivery
- Identify stakeholders, establish governance structures, define objectives, success factors and critical paths
- Plan and manage testing strategy, production acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and changes
- Monitor RAID, manage plan changes and escalate resource conflicts to enable steering committees
- Maintain project governance, templates, documentation, and closure reporting within SLA timelines
- Support Agile adoption within the team and capture lessons learned for future projects
- Maintain budgetary control and provide financial monitoring and explanations for variances
Key requirements
- Proven project delivery experience of at least 5 years in Wealth Management/Transfer agency/Investments
- Ability to drive change and manage projects and stakeholders
- Strong client-facing and communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Understanding of financial controls, budget management, and risk/issue management
- Knowledge of structured project management methodologies and tools including Atlassian tool set
- Ability to work under pressure with calm, assertive demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior managers and colleagues across the organization
