About the Team:
The SS&C Intralinks Alts and Deal Services team is the strategic growth lever for the company. By enabling Intralinks customers (and potential customers on competitor systems) to upgrade to the latest Intralinks products, you will be the tip of the spear for the companies’ growth in 2026 and beyond. You’ll be part of a global team of experts in the Intralinks platform, FinTech, and cutting-edge new technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Primary: This role is engaged as the customer-facing representative on a project team – primarily responsible for interfacing with LP and GPs in Alts, Advisors, End Clients, and other business stakeholders on the Delivery (after discovery and design) of our Deal Services offerings.
- Responsible for research and maintaining the knowledge of emerging technologies within the Alts and Deal Services offered, and building solutions to solve business problems.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify, document Posting services requirements for Investorvision, analyzing current state including document frequencies, investor preferences, and type distributions (e.g., capital calls, distribution notices).
- Strategize comprehensive posting workflows via client kickoffs, addressing pain points, risks, timelines, and expectations.
- Oversee end-to-end InvestorVision posting workflow: receive and prepare data from administrators, stage and cleanse documents, upload via Appstream/VIA, conduct dual-review quality assurance and notify LPs.
- Deliver timely status reports to stakeholders, meticulously document processes and adjustments, escalate issues to support, and facilitate product team meetings to address mission-critical posting challenges, ensuring compliant and reliable service delivery.
- Develop best practices, processes, and standards to continuously improve the InvestorVision posting process, offloading time-consuming and tedious work through human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Strategize unified Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) workflows incorporating AI-assisted responses, mapping legacy formats to AI-compatible structures, and normalizing data through sample collection and transformation solutions.
- Oversee AI-driven DDQ responses with prompt tuning for third-party positioning, conduct quality control to ensure completeness and GP-LP collaboration, while providing status updates, documenting processes/adjustments, reporting issues, and holding product team meetings.
- Develop best practices to accelerate DDQ completion via operational efficiency, enhanced communication, and AI optimization.
- Lead kick-off calls and present implementation/delivery plans for Deal services delivery.
- Gather client requirements through sessions to define use cases, infrastructure, pain points, and systems; recommend and design Deal Service solutions per best practices and Intralinks guidelines.
- Document artifacts (requirements, processes, work instructions); communicate with external partners; validate service accuracy throughout project lifecycle.
- Provide partner/product team feedback on client input, challenges, and improvements; validate partner invoices; seek upsell opportunities; identify gaps to optimize/streamline processes.
Pre-sales Responsibilities:
- Understand client business needs, gather initial requirements, recommend best practices through direct client interaction, and work closely with cross-functional teams to assemble Services that meet the client’s needs.
- Conduct complete requirements gathering session.
- Opportunity and pipeline management.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s in Business management, Financial Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ Years in a Presales or Sales support role.
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role and/or Project Management. Business Analyst experience/Attention to detail is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales type customer success or customer-facing role.
- Project management certification desired (e.g. PMP, CSM, APM, CompTIA).
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams including Sales, Presales, Customer Service, legal, marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Development.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, services and about any technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
- Interface with customers, colleagues, management, and project stakeholders, as needed, to ensure overall project success.
- Optimally, has a balanced combination of large corporate and small, entrepreneurial company backgrounds.
- Understands financial markets (e.g. M&A, large Corporates, Liens and Loans, Banking, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments).
- Consultative and solution mindset.
- French, German, or Spanish speaking will be preferable in support of our EMEA Geo.
