We’re seeking an exceptional Lead Product Analyst to help bring to life the mission of empowering advisors, asset managers, investment businesses, insurance companies, pension providers, and wealth managers to do their best job with the help of cutting‑edge technology. You will help us take our key strategic areas to the next level.

This role requires a passionate and confident product analytics leader, willing to roll up their sleeves as a senior individual contributor. You’ll be the knowledge leader and champion for analytics across the Product team, helping us identify customer frictions, wow moments, and long‑term value drivers.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Champion the use of data to inform product strategy, ensuring that product teams understand and use metrics before, during, and after delivery.
  • Define and embed leading and lagging indicators that give a clear picture of customer behaviour, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Be the analytics expert and motivator within the team, raising the standard of product decision‑making across the organisation.

Customer Insight & Experimentation

  • Build frameworks for customer journey analytics to identify frictions, drop‑offs, and opportunities to create delight.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing, helping teams validate hypotheses and measure the real impact of features.
  • Partner with UX research and design to blend qualitative and quantitative insights.

Tools & Data Infrastructure

  • Identify and work closely with the engineering team to develop the sources of data needed to ensure full visibility over our customers’ interactions with our products.
  • Own, setup and optimise the use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Superset, and Snowflake.
  • Write and review SQL/Python queries to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility to empower product teams with reliable reporting.

Decision Support & Reporting

  • Deliver actionable insights to product managers, engineers, and business leaders, enabling faster and better decision‑making.
  • Translate complex data into clear stories and recommendations for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Develop dashboards and self‑serve reporting tools for the wider business.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to shape roadmaps and prioritisation using evidence.
  • Influence product culture, embedding data‑informed thinking into everyday ways of working.
  • Provide informal coaching and knowledge‑sharing to help team members strengthen their own analytics capabilities.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 4+ years spent at a senior level in product‑led organisations.
  • Strong track record in product analytics, delivering insights that drive measurable improvements in conversion, retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Expert in SQL and comfortable with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with implementation of product analytics and BI tools (e.g. GA, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Snowflake or others such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc).
  • Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or financial services (regulated industry background a plus).
  • Familiar with product metrics such as activation, adoption, retention, LTV, and churn.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable working as the senior analytics individual contributor, setting standards and influencing teams without direct authority.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for motivating others to embrace data‑informed decision‑making.
