What You Will Get To Do:
- Establish and maintain broad horizontal and vertical calling plans (to C suite)
- Be the voice of SS&C within the client / active calling plan.
- Be an ambassador for SS&C within your client remit and the broader marketplace.
- Have an Influence on the decision making process
- Market new services by showing our processes to create demand
- Be visible in the industry, build a network and leverage for knowledge and opportunities.
- Retain and grow revenue
- Achieve individual and team sales target
- Manage client P&L
- Understand and impact the financial drivers for your clients both internally and externally.
- Lead commercial and contractual relationships within your client group
What You Will Bring:
- 15+ years industry experience with significant client management and operations leadership.
- Detailed knowledge of Wealth Managers and Life & Pension services – their business, their products, their clients, their end to end service proposition
- Detailed knowledge of transfer agency and associated services.
- Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment.
- A good understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure and product offering.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Essential)
- Good analytical skills (Essential)
- Good verbal reasoning and numeric skills. (Essential)
