We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-paced transformation team, with a specific focus on Life & Pensions projects. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact change initiatives, influence product and service evolution, and ensure we deliver outcomes that meet both regulatory and client expectations.
Задачи:
Lead end-to-end business analysis for assigned Life & Pensions initiatives, taking ownership of requirements quality, traceability and analysis deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the discovery and due diligence phases of new initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and business outcomes. Elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements and user stories, ensuring traceability to business objectives. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, clearly articulating business needs and solution approaches. Act as a trusted interface between clients, business operations, product teams, architects, technology and delivery leads, proactively managing cross-functional requirements and dependencies. Identify operational, customer, and regulatory impacts, and support readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation. Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., process maps, current/future state models, use cases) aligned to project timelines and program governance. (For Senior BAs) Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the BA Practice through knowledge sharing and support.
Требования:
Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst, independently leading analysis workstreams within complex change, client delivery or transformation programmes. Strong practical knowledge of Life & Pensions policy administration and servicing, including product rules, policy lifecycle events, operational processes and customer impacts. Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and client-facing environments. Confident facilitator and communicator-able to lead workshops, document clear outputs, and influence decision-making. Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities in fast-paced, change-heavy environments. Passion for continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and business value. Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and managing ambiguity.
