Задачи:
Lead all analysis activities for assigned initiatives across the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on Asset Management client delivery and transformation. Support the discovery and due diligence phases of new initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to define scope and business outcomes. Elicit, document, and validate detailed requirements and user stories, ensuring traceability to business objectives. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, clearly articulating business needs and solution approaches. Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and delivery leads. Identify operational, customer, and regulatory impacts, and support readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation. Produce high‑quality deliverables (e.g., process maps, current/future state models, use cases) aligned to project timelines and program governance. (For Senior BAs) Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the BA Practice through knowledge sharing and support.
Требования:
Significant Experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within complex transformation programs. Strong Asset Management domain knowledge is essential. Proficiency in BA methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and client‑facing environments. Confident facilitator and communicator—able to lead workshops, document clear outputs, and influence decision‑making. Strong written and oral communication is a must. Self‑starter with strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities in fast‑paced, change‑heavy environments. Passion for continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and business value. Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and managing ambiguity.
