Senior AI Automation Developer
Lead the technical design and implementation of our Intelligent Automation (IA) strategy, transitioning infrastructure toward an AI‑first model that blends RPA stability with Generative AI and agentic orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimise, and maintain scalable automation workflows using Claude Code and modern AI development tools.
- Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents and skills that interact with advanced large language models via the SS&C AI Gateway, integrating them with WHQ Agents and Digital Workers.
- Design and build robust automation frameworks targeting desktop applications via Fla UI and modern web systems using Playwright.
- Design and optimise high‑throughput automation architectures utilizing Blue Prism v7 Work Queues to manage transactional data, case locking, and exception handling for hybrid AI‑human workflows.
- Lead the technical design of end‑to‑end Intelligent Automation solutions, incorporating Blue Prism Chorus for BPM and Gen AI orchestration where human‑in‑the‑loop intervention is required.
- Design, evaluate, and refine complex prompt structures and system instructions to ensure predictable, structured, and deterministic outputs from AI models.
- Adhere to best practices, ensuring all automation components comply with enterprise‑grade security, data privacy, and ethical AI guardrails.
- Required Qualifications
Python: Critical Requirement.
Expert proficiency for AI/LLM tooling, data processing, and scripting agentic or web‑based automation workflows.
C# . NET: Critical Requirement.
Robust experience building enterprise‑grade backend integrations, custom automation solutions, and handling native desktop interactions via Fla UI.
Type
Script: Critical Requirement.
Strong proficiency in modern web‑based automation with Playwright, cloud functions, and front‑end/API orchestration within advanced AI platforms.
- Mandatory Database & SQL Competency: Postgre SQL and MS SQL, including advanced querying, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Anthropic APIs, and open‑source AI frameworks for autonomous systems.
- Proficiency integrating enterprise environments, WHQ Agents, and Digital Workers with cloud‑based AI ecosystems (AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI, Google Vertex AI).
