Overview
The Commercial Analyst/Associate Director acts as a central point of commercial coordination, ensuring priorities are clear, information flows effectively, and decisions are supported by strong analysis. It is a broad, hands-on role with exposure to senior stakeholders, regional leadership, and strategic commercial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key coordination partner to the Chief Commercial Officer across all regions and verticals
- Support alignment of commercial priorities, initiatives and messaging globally
- Track actions, decisions and follow-ups from commercial leadership meetings and ensure delivery
- Prepare and analyse commercial, financial and performance data to support decision-making
- Review business cases, proposals and strategic documents, providing clear summaries and recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis related to clients, markets, products or partnerships
- Coordinate preparation for key client, partner and internal meetings, including briefing packs and presentations
- Gather and synthesise input from regional teams and functional stakeholders
- Document outcomes, decisions and next steps from meetings with senior stakeholders
- Support delivery of cross-regional and cross-vertical commercial projects
- Provide problem-solving and troubleshooting support where priorities overlap or ambiguity exists
- Take ownership of delegated tasks on behalf of the Chief Commercial Officer
- Support preparation for global business travel as required
- Engage regularly with international teams across time zones
