This role involves overseeing operational processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end class action claim filing process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of client claims.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Client Services, Research, and Technology, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
