About SS&C: SS&C is a global provider of technology and services to the financial industry. Our clients rely on our platforms and expertise —and we rely on curious, capable graduates like you to help us build the future. Are you an analytical thinker looking to make a real difference through process automation and continuous improvement? Join our Continuous Improvement team as a Graduate Improvement Analyst and support the automation of business processes that directly impact operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with Operations teams and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developers to help identify, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions that drive measurable improvement across the business. In this focused role, you’ll be exposed to different types of improvement work and product areas over time, offering a varied experience throughout your graduate journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with Operations teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs) to capture business requirements
  • Working with developers to test solutions
  • Supporting the safe deployment of automations into live environments
  • Assisting Senior Improvement Specialists on larger RPA and CI initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • A 2:2 degree or above in Business or Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/Information Systems or business-related subject – graduating in 2024 - 2025
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Confidence working with MS Office tools (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members
  • No specific technical background required, but curiosity about automation and improvement is a plus

Your Graduate Journey:

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll be assigned real automation opportunities, supporting the end-to-end delivery from identifying the improvement through to deployment. You’ll begin by working alongside Senior Specialists to build experience, and gradually progress toward owning your own improvement areas and projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the Continuous Improvement function. For the right candidate, there’s a clear path toward becoming a Senior Specialist, with increasing responsibility and ownership over strategic automation projects.

Important to know:

We can’t offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applications close 14th June 2025, but may close earlier if we receive a high volume.

Next steps:

Submit your CV to apply. If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an assessment day and professional interview in July 2025.
