What You Will Get To Do:
- Coaching, feedback & development of Associates
- Associate observations (coaching, monitoring)
- Absence management
- Objective reviews
- Performance management of Associates and Techs
- 1:1's – Associates and Techs
- To ensure all regulatory training is completed within timescales for self, Team and Team Leaders
