Team Overview: The Intralinks Alternative Investments Services Team drives company growth by upgrading customer systems and expanding product adoption globally. You will be part of a global expert team specializing in the Intralinks platform, FinTech, and innovative technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer data management, including retrieval, transformation, and review.
- Scope, develop, and implement new Alternative Investments Services globally.
- Analyze, cleanse, and migrate data, managing risks and adjustments.
- Provide project updates, oversee quality control, and document processes and fixes.
- Collaborate with product management to address issues and improve migration practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and identify new service opportunities.
Qualifications:
