The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, leading the delivery of complex, client‑facing technology solutions across the financial services sector. This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role operating at the intersection of Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Engineering and Technology Operations. You’ll take ownership of high‑impact programmes—often integration‑heavy and API‑driven—ensuring they are delivered with precision, clarity, and measurable client value.
You’ll thrive here if you combine the discipline of structured delivery with the resilience and ownership mindset of a startup environment. This opportunity is within our SS&C Intralinks business. Intralinks facilitates strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor reporting. Our solutions enhance these business‑critical processes by streamlining operations, reducing risk, improving client experiences and increasing visibility.
What You Will Get To Do
- Lead client implementations and integration projects across SaaS and API‑based platforms
- Translate complex SOWs and evolving client requirements into executable delivery plans
- Align cross‑functional teams to deliver production‑ready, supportable solutions
- Manage delivery across multiple stakeholders, systems and dependencies in regulated environments
- Operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where clarity must be created, not assumed
End‑to‑End Delivery Ownership
- Own the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to go‑live and handover
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations
- Establish and manage baselined plans, milestones, risks and dependencies
- Drive proactive resolution of delivery challenges before they impact outcomes
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Engineers and Support / Operations teams
- Ensure strong alignment across design, requirements, build and operational readiness
- Create clarity, accountability and momentum across all delivery contributors
Technical Delivery & Oversight
- Oversee delivery across the full SDLC, including integration and API‑led solutions
- Ensure alignment between engineering and production operations, including Release readiness, Deployment planning, Support model definition and handover
- Engage deeply enough to challenge assumptions and unblock technical delivery
Delivery Operations & Portfolio Management
- Manage and maintain accurate forecasting, effort estimation and capacity planning, ensuring delivery aligns with demand and business targets
- Monitor portfolio health across multiple engagements, proactively identifying resource constraints and delivery risks
- Collaborate with PMs and delivery leads to optimise work allocation, rebalancing workloads to maintain delivery momentum
- Maintain accurate financial tracking and forecasting across projects
- Own and contribute to portfolio‑level reporting, providing clear insight into performance, risks and trends
- Support leadership with data‑driven decision‑making across delivery priorities and resource planning
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Build trusted relationships and manage expectations with clarity and confidence
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including C‑level, providing credible delivery updates
- Support pre‑sales and SOW definition, ensuring realistic scope, timelines and dependencies
Governance & Executive Reporting
- Run structured governance across projects, including status, risk, dependency and financial reporting
- Produce clear, concise executive and C‑level reporting, translating delivery data into actionable insights
- Establish and maintain portfolio‑level dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide transparency across engagements
Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Apply and evolve project governance, delivery standards and reporting frameworks
- Drive improvements in delivery predictability, resource efficiency, quality and consistency
- Contribute to building a high‑performing Professional Services delivery function
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / Program Manager in Professional Services or client delivery environments
- Financial services experience is desirable (fintech, capital markets and SaaS platforms)
- Strong track record delivering Integration‑heavy, API‑driven solutions
- Cross‑functional projects involving technical and operational teams
- Complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Technical & Delivery Expertise
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- API and integration‑led architectures
- Technology operations (incident management, monitoring, support models)
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Startup Mindset (Applied Practically)
- Experience working in startup or scale‑up environments, with evidence of operating effectively in ambiguity
- Building structure where needed

- Delivering under pressure without losing quality
