What You Will Get To Do:
- Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of implementation projects, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Execute implementation tasks, collaborate and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, design and configure products, automate and optimize workflows.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours.
- Prepare system and data transition plans, and complete migration involving historical data take-on.
- Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support during go-live events.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently by gathering information from a variety of sources to acquire the knowledge needed to complete assigned tasks.
- Develop strong communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical individuals.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, exact science (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, etc) is required.
- 6+ years of client experience in the financial services industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of investment management, fund accounting, and asset management.
- Solid working knowledge of client back office workflow and operations are required.
- Expertise with the general ledger, fund accounting and trial balance is required.
- Working knowledge of SSC Adventβs Geneva or expertise with similar applications.
- Excellent communication, project, and client management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and proactivity.
- Ability to learn quickly and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
It would be great if you also had:
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience with buy-side/sell-side traders or trading operations.
- Technical skills (IT, databases, reporting tools).
- SQL skills and knowledge of FIX protocols (4.0, 4.2, 4.4).
