M42 is proud to announce its strategic investment partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence to operate and manage Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah now known as Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital.
Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital continues to serve the military and their families, while opening its doors to the wider communities across the region. Our facility, a state-of-the-art 45,000 sqm, 200-bed hospital, offers a comprehensive range of multidisciplinary medical and surgical specialties. Patients have access to a full range of services from Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, Diabetes Management & Endocrinology to Psychiatry and Emergency Care.
We bring together world-class clinical expertise from our network, including Imperial College London Diabetes Center (ICLDC), Healthpoint, Amana Healthcare and Mubadala Health Dubai, to ensure that every patient receives the highest standards of care to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Adheres to the division\’s policies, procedures and standards while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies.
- Follow, adherence to, and implement the relevant standard of care across all clinical activities. The Physician is required to adhere to these standards without exception.
- Diagnoses and treats patients according to the relevant international and organizational guidelines and standards. The Physician’s clinical duties include but are not limited to the following: Oversees the clinical activities of the clinical team and assumes responsibility for the care of the patient.
- Regularly reviews results of all investigations and modifies treatment as required.
- Actively participates in multi-disciplinary meetings to help plan effective, safe and holistic care for individual patients.
- Relentlessly focuses on quality improvement and compassionate care of the patient and the family.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine/ MBBS Degree or any equivalent qualification from an accredited institution or as defined by DOH PQR.
- Masters/Certificate of Completion of specialty training recognized by DOH or as defined by DOH PQR.
- Must hold a valid License/Registration to practice in their home country and/or country of last employment (Where applicable).
- 5 years or plus experience is preferred
- Arabic Speaking is preferred.
