Report to Team Manager / Project Director. Lead / Conduct contract negotiations on terms and conditions of construction and supply agreements. Review process to ensure timely execution of agreements to maintain project schedules and needs. Analyze contract change requests from contractors, preparation of authorisation forms for Contract Amendments. Monitor milestone dates, contract compliance and the progress of contracts by interfacing with Construction, Engineering, Expediting & Logistics, Cost Control, the Project Manager and Vendors regularly, and prepares any necessary formal notifications when submittals or progress are out of compliance. Prepares official letters to Contractors regarding contracts execution, prepares information for legal department for claims, follows up the register of claims. Monitor the provision Bank Guarantees, Parent Company Guarantees by the Contractors timely and in accordance with the Contractual requirements.
Requirement:
- Preferably Bachelor in Civil/ Building Engineering.
- At least 8 years' experience in Civil/Building Project, related to LTA project experience preferred.
- Salary depends on experience and capability.
