SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, is seeking a dedicated volunteer services manager to develop and strengthen our Community Volunteering Service for serving personnel and families. You will oversee the full lifecycle of community volunteers—from recruitment and development through to supervision—delivering a high‑quality, impactful service.
You will build referral pathways, foster partnerships across the Armed Forces community, and promote SSAFA’s support through events and engagement activities.
