Mechanical Site Manager SSA are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Construction Manager to work with one of the leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractors in Europe. The candidate will be required to represent the project manager and the company. The candidate will be responsible for all site activities and ensure the quality of all projects are per standard. Key responsibilities: Take control of all executions for various projects Assist the Project Manager in the development of construction programme, planning reports, equipment and materials schedules. Create daily plans of action that includes HSEQ, productivity and people management throughout the project course Liaise with clients to co-ordinate building and service control and collaborate with supervisors to ensure effective M&E services, trades and installation processes Ensure the safety and quality control of all equipment and personnel and ensure inspections and safety checks are completed. The ideal candidate: 3-5 years Site management experience required Experience in the management of mechanical design and build projects in excess of £5m within various sectors. Recognised experience of pipefitting/plumbing/metal work with relevant degree and/or qualifications Strong computer abilities Great leadership and communication skills The client offers a highly competitive salary with great benefits
